How Membership Works

Joining our Institutional Program is a simple, low-friction process designed to get your members benefiting as quickly as possible.

Send us a confirmation email Email us from your official institutional address confirming your society's or institute's agreement to join the program.

We register your membership Once received, we promptly register your institution as a member, activating benefits for your affiliated authors without delay.

Your members start benefiting Affiliated authors immediately gain access to discounted APCs and priority editorial support on articles that are still in process or not yet published.

Scope of the offer Membership benefits apply only to articles that are in process or not yet published at the time of registration; they cannot be applied retroactively to already-published content.

Ending your membership is equally straightforward — simply email us stating your reason for discontinuation, and we'll process the request promptly.
